Who we are

StratoQuant is operated by the company named at the top of this page, registered in the Qatar Financial Centre under Licence 03837, with a registered office in Doha, Qatar.

Use of this site

You may read, share and link to content published here. You may not republish, resell or redistribute paid code, software or materials without written permission.

Intellectual property

All content, code, software and materials remain the property of StratoQuant unless stated otherwise, and are licensed, not sold. Clients keep ownership of systems built for them where the engagement terms say so.

Code and software

Strategy code and software are supplied for research and backtesting. They do not connect to any broker and do not place orders. You are responsible for testing them, for obtaining market data you are licensed to use, and for every decision about whether and how to use them in live trading. Code is licensed to the buyer for their own use and may not be shared, resold or republished.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StratoQuant accepts no liability for trading losses, decisions or outcomes arising from use of this site or of any code, software or material supplied under the StratoQuant brand.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Qatar Financial Centre.

Privacy notice

What we collect

Only what you give us: name, email address, and anything you write in a form. If analytics are used, they are configured without personal identification.

Why

To answer your enquiry, to send the material you asked for, to send the four short emails about running the free systems if you ticked the box for them (each has a link that stops them), and to tell you when code is released if you joined the notification list or asked for a system's release notice. Nothing else. Anonymous counts of a few clicks on the home page are kept by day and page language, with nothing that identifies you.

What we do not collect

We never ask for and never store broker credentials, account numbers, or financial account details. Do not send them.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the site and email. Business records are retained as required by QFC Companies Regulations.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete your details by writing to hello@stratoquant.com.
